


Policy & Inclusion Leader | Legal Strategist | Education & Disability Rights Advocate
Prada O. Uzodimma is a Nigerian legal practitioner, doctoral researcher, policy and inclusion advocate, and Founder of Principle Legal Consult, a governance-focused legal and advisory practice. Her work sits at the intersection of law, institutional reform, education equity, and social impact.
She is the Founder of the Prada Uzodimma Law School Scholarship Grant (PUSG), an initiative established to expand access to legal education for aspiring lawyers from underrepresented and financially disadvantaged backgrounds across Nigeria. Through PUSG, she supports emerging legal professionals with scholarship funding, mentorship, leadership development, internship opportunities, and career pathway support.
Prada is also Co-Founder of The Ability Life Initiative (TALI) and Founder/Convener of the Global Policy & Inclusion Convening (G-PIC), reflecting her broader commitment to disability inclusion, public policy, and governance reform.
She holds an LLM in Maritime Law from the University of Southampton, where she received the Dean’s Award for Excellence, and an LLB from the University of Surrey. She is currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Greenwich, United Kingdom, with research focused on maritime security governance and multi-agency law enforcement in Nigeria.

As part of the Corporate Social Responsibility of Principle Legal Consult, we launched the ‘Prada Uzodimma Law School Scholarship Grant’ [PUSG]. The PUSG was initiated by Prada O. Uzodimma, Esq, ACIArb in partnership with Principle Legal Consult; a prominent law firm in Nigeria.
PUSG is an annual educational and philanthropic project that seeks to provide financial support to selected indigent law school aspirants across Nigeria. Winners of the Grant will have their law school tuition fees fully catered for. There are no stringent requirements (such as being a First-Class Student), applicants are required to display a show of impassioned drive and determination toward becoming lawyers.
PUSG’s application portal opens up simultaneously with the Nigerian Law School Application portal.
