Terms and Conditions and Eligibility Criteria

Terms and Conditions

  • No Concurrent Scholarships:
    Applicants must not currently hold ANY OTHER scholarship package.

     

  • Academic Standing and Documentation:
    Applicants should not have any academic encumbrances beyond their school fees (e.g., no carryovers or academic backlogs). All proper paperwork must be in place and will be required upon application.

     

  • Payment of School Fees:
    School fees will be paid directly to the university’s bursary department, not to the student.

     

  • Scope of Coverage:
    The PUSG primarily covers school fees. Any additional financial support will be at the sole discretion of the PUSG.

     

  • Method of Application:
    All applications for the Prada Uzodimma Scholarship Grant (PUSG) must be submitted exclusively through the official PUSG website. Any application received through any other means or platform, including email or physical submission, will not be considered for review.

     

  • Application Deadline:
    Late applications will not be accepted. All materials must be submitted before the deadline.

     

  • Consent to Publicity:
    Winners agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Personal data will be managed according to federal and state data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior consent.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Citizenship and Residency:
    Applicants must be Nigerian citizens or lawful permanent residents. Additionally, applicants must be indigenes of Imo State.

     

  • Financial Need:
    Applicants must demonstrate financial need, verified through a sworn Affidavit.

     

  • Passion for Law:
    Applicants are required to show a strong passion and determination towards becoming a lawyer.

     

  • Positive Impact:
    Applicants must demonstrate the capacity to create a positive impact in line with their abilities and circumstances.
